    Pork with Fennel and Parsley Sausages

    The whole family, ages 7 to 85, gives these sausages a 5. Flavour beautifully blended with no one ingredient over-prominent. Texture is just right. Skins neither flimsy not tough. We find them so tasty we prefer them pan-fried which preserves the flavour whereas the smoky or charred barbecue version masks the subtlety of the flavour.
